I am a sucker for anything POV, so maybe a craft panel about how we choose and maintain character's perspectives in a story? And the relative merits of first, third, and second person -- when to do which and what they might look like when done well!

A panel on betaing. Everybody does it differently and wants different things out of it -- let's talk about it.

And maybe a panel on editing -- both before you get to the beta stage and after. What are some good methods for looking critically at one's own work? (Maybe this could be an instruction panel, too, or the basis for one in the future -- bring a draft with you and workshop it based on tips/prompts!)
